Tradeline Invoicing
Privacy Policy
How Tradeline Invoicing processes account, business, customer, invoice and file data.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NICK PIPE & DRAIN LLC, operating publicly as Tradeline Digital (“Tradeline Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), processes information through the Tradeline Invoicing application and related service. This policy applies to the Tradeline Invoicing app and service, not to third-party websites or services that may be linked from it.
Information we process
Tradeline Invoicing is a business recordkeeping tool. The information processed through the service depends on what a business and its authorized users choose to enter.
- Account information: the email address used to create or access an account, authentication and session information, and a securely hashed password. Passwords are not stored in readable form.
- Business information: business name, contact details, company details, logos, settings and other information a user adds to a business workspace.
- Customer information entered by users: customer names, contact details, addresses, notes, service details and other records a business chooses to store.
- Invoice and estimate data: invoice and estimate details, line items, service information, due dates, notes, terms and related records.
- Expense and payment records: expenses, payment records, payment history and related business information entered by users.
- Photos, files and signatures: pictures, attachments and signatures that users upload or record through the service.
- Technical and security information: limited technical information such as IP address, device or browser type, timestamps, session information and error or security logs when needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
- Support communications: information a user provides when contacting support, including the email address and any details included in the request.
Why we process information
We process information to provide and operate Tradeline Invoicing, authenticate users, store and display business records, generate PDF invoices, support data export, provide customer support, maintain service security, diagnose technical issues, maintain backups, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Advertising, analytics and data sales
The Tradeline Invoicing application does not use advertising or analytics trackers. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not read business records except when reasonably necessary to provide support requested by the user, to protect the service, or to comply with law.
How information is stored and protected
Information is stored on the server infrastructure used to operate the service and is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored in hashed form. Business records are isolated by business workspace, and routine backups are maintained as part of normal service operation. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that host, operate, secure or support the service, and with Apple as necessary for App Store subscription billing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Account and business records are generally retained while the account or applicable business workspace remains active. When a user deletes an account, the account and the business data it owns alone are removed as described on the Account & Data Deletion page. A business workspace shared with other users is not wiped merely because one user deletes their account; the remaining business workspace stays available to the other authorized users. Deleted information may remain in routine backups for a limited period until those backups are rotated or replaced, and information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or recordkeeping purposes.
Account and data deletion
Users can delete their account through the app where that option is available, or contact support if they cannot access the app. Deleting a Tradeline Invoicing account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled separately through the user's Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. More information is available on the Account & Data Deletion page.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, users may contact us to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information associated with their account. The service also provides a data export option for business records where available in the app. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security needs or the rights of other users.
Children
Tradeline Invoicing is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, service providers or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
