These Terms of Use govern the Tradeline Invoicing application and service provided by NICK PIPE & DRAIN LLC, operating publicly as Tradeline Digital (“Tradeline Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using Tradeline Invoicing, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Tradeline Invoicing is a business recordkeeping application that helps service businesses manage customers, invoices, estimates, expenses, payments, PDF invoices, photos, attachments and related business records. The service is intended for business use and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, financial or legal advice.

User accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and using the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the activity of users you invite or authorize to access a business workspace. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or workspace has been accessed without authorization.

Business responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter into Tradeline Invoicing, including customer information, invoice details, expenses, payments, notes, photos, attachments and signatures. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to store and use that information. You are also responsible for complying with the laws, tax rules and recordkeeping requirements that apply to your business and jurisdiction.

Invoices and business records

Tradeline Invoicing is a software tool for creating and maintaining business records. It does not verify the accuracy, legality, tax treatment or accounting suitability of the information you enter. You remain responsible for reviewing invoices, calculations, taxes, records and customer communications before using or sending them.

Subscription and billing

• Plan: Tradeline Invoicing Monthly.
• Price: The price for the plan is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Apple may localize prices for other storefronts, and the price shown at purchase in the App Store applies.
• Introductory offer: A 2-week free trial is available to eligible new subscribers.
• Billing: The subscription is an auto-renewable subscription handled by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless the user cancels it through their Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
• Cancellation: Subscription management and cancellation are handled by Apple, not inside Tradeline Invoicing. Deleting a Tradeline Invoicing account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
• Plan limits: Up to 3 users per business and up to 2 GB storage per business.

Apple's own terms and App Store policies apply to subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds and account management.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tradeline Invoicing to send unlawful content, to send unsolicited bulk email, to infringe the rights of others, to interfere with the service, to attempt unauthorized access, or to use the service in a way that harms the service, other users or third parties. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

Service availability

We work to keep Tradeline Invoicing available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical issues, service providers or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Updates and changes

We may update, improve, change or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated Terms apply.

Data export and backups

Where the data export option is available in the app, users can download a copy of the business records associated with their workspace. Routine backups are maintained as part of normal service operation. You are responsible for keeping any copies of records that your business needs.

Account termination

Users may delete their account through the app where that option is available, or contact support if they cannot access the app. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements or violation of these Terms. Information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or recordkeeping purposes.

No professional advice

Tradeline Invoicing is software and does not provide accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. Users are responsible for ensuring that their invoices, taxes, recordkeeping and legal requirements comply with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction. Nothing in the service or these Terms creates a professional advisory relationship.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradeline Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use Tradeline Invoicing. Where liability cannot be excluded, Tradeline Digital's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
